Privacy and data handling
We store necessary information and delete generated data after a short period.
Google sign-in
We use the user ID, name and email received from Google, plus first and latest sign-in times, to identify and display your account. We do not store Google passwords, access tokens or ID tokens. We do not request access to Gmail or Google Drive.
Images, prompts and videos
Uploaded images, prompts, dialogue, generation settings, videos and logs are processed and temporarily stored on this service's server. Inference does not use external generative AI APIs, and the data is not used for model training. Normal screens show only your own data. The operator may access server data for operations and troubleshooting.
Retention and deletion
Monthly videos are stored according to the plan at admission: Free 24 hours, Light 7 days, Creator 30 days, Pro 90 days. Legacy videos and failed or cancelled jobs keep their existing deadlines. Unused inputs are removed 24 hours after upload. Referenced images remain until their final job is deleted. Administrator media and earlier validation data are exempt.
After expiry, new access is denied and files are normally deleted within 60 seconds. Files being transferred are deleted after transfer; during outages, on service restart. Earlier operator backups and operating system backups are managed separately.
Usage and deletion records
To enforce limits, we retain a hash of the user ID and request times for the last 24 hours. Deleting a video does not restore usage. To prevent deleted videos from reappearing, we keep their IDs and hashes of output destinations. These deletion markers contain no images, prompts or email addresses.
Purchase information
Payments use Stripe, which receives order IDs, credit quantities and amounts. Images, prompts and videos are not sent to Stripe. Card numbers are handled on Stripe's checkout, not received by this app. Purchase and refund history, balances, credit use and adjustments are retained separately from the 24-hour video deadline for accounting and payment support, and included in operator backups. Cookies and drafts on your device
Sign-in cookies and server sessions last 7 days and expire on sign-out. Draft input is saved in your device's localStorage and removed on sign-out or account changes. Your language choice is stored in a cookie for one year. Automatic selection uses country information from Cloudflare and browser language preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.
External services and contact
We use Google for authentication and Cloudflare to relay HTTPS traffic. Account information is retained separately from video deadlines. Contact us below about deleting account information or handling your data.
Access statistics and administrator dashboard
To monitor operations, we record page-view times, page paths, country codes, display language and, for signed-in visitors, user IDs. Access records are limited to the latest 200 entries and 30 days. Daily counts are kept for 30 days; aggregate totals without personal information are retained. This tracking does not store IP addresses, URL queries or referrers, or add tracking cookies. Administrators can view user information and retained prompts, dialogue and generation settings. Generation-history deletion deadlines remain unchanged.
Generation processing statistics
To improve the service and estimate wait times, we retain daily request and outcome counts for 30 days, up to 200 anonymous failure reasons for up to 30 days, and up to 100 generation settings and timing samples for up to 30 days. These statistics contain no prompts, account IDs, video IDs or IP addresses. Video and individual history deletion deadlines remain unchanged.
Google Analytics (optional)
Only with your permission, we send page views, generation actions and completions observed in your browser to Google Analytics. We do not send prompts, dialogue, images, videos, email addresses, account IDs or video IDs. Google processes device and browser information and approximate location. Analytics cookies and your choice are kept for up to 180 days. You can withdraw permission anytime using Analytics settings at the bottom of the page. Administrators and development environments are excluded.
Generation interaction counts
To improve operations, we count generation button and shortcut submissions and types of invalid input independently of Google Analytics consent. Daily totals are kept for 30 days, separating users, administrators and testing. Images, prompts and dialogue are not stored in these counts. Deduplication hashes are valid for 24 hours. Events that do not reach the server cannot be recorded.
Guest access
Guest access uses a cookie and server session valid for seven days. Clearing the cookie, expiry, or changing browsers prevents access to guest videos. Guest videos are stored for 24 hours.
